Over the Weekend....

Vacation!

We had a wonderful time venturing up to Arkansas with a travel trailer to camp out with the Bazzell's. It was a refreshing getaway to relax and have no schedule! We got to fish, see some caves, hike and enjoy doing s'mores

Long Time, No Post!

Ok well I havent been that great at posting! We have been busy working and playing! We are going through our independent stages, doing it ourselves etc. Funny thing is, Carly can pretty much do it....she puts her clothes on right, shoes on right, does multiple flips on our swingset rings similar to US gymnasts haha....no really she feels like she can do it and do it right...most of the time she can. You have to pick your battles with her.......Jenna, strong willed also spends more time nurturing and taking care of Carly..or spoiling her more or less. I guess she feels she has her back! We are taking Jenna in to get her foot looked at. She walks more on the ball of her foot and have noticed it increasing and her toes turning more outward for traction. I blame it on her being in my ribs for nine months! Really, we need your prayers for that ...we see a specialist next week. Other than that we paint toe nails with sidewalk chalk, get makeup with sidewalk chalk and trace bodies with sidewalk chalk.....sort of makes our driveway look scary.....good thing the chalk is pink and yellow! It seems like summer is winding down now and we are excited for fall. We have a few weddings, camping and vacation on the schedule! Then it will be Christmas.

Sisterly Love

We made a trip to Arkansas a few weeks ago to visit a friend from college. We experienced a water park for a few days and went to this place called the Old Mill (where a scene from Gone with the Wind was filmed). Needless to say the girls were really loving on each other this trip which is rarely captured on camera. I know we will have many spats in the future bc they were fighting over an identical princess gown....just because one picked it first I presume. I am still trying to figure out how to post on this thing and the hardest part is updating...hopefully I will get better! Days are always interesting at our house....almost had 2 medical emergency room visits within 15 minutes of each other.....possible "pica" in sinus and possible broken neck/back. Solution....bobby pin and kids are rubber i guess and bounce...haha. Anyhow when the girls asked to do prayers that night we were very sincere about them being ok! More soon!
